Data Analyst · Power BI · Stata · Data Science · Econ
Economics student who actually likes the data part. I build dashboards, run regressions, and occasionally win green innovation competitions. Based in Lahore, building things that matter.
Who I Am
"I joined econ for the theory and stayed for the regressions."
I'm a 3rd-year Economics & Data Science student at ITU Lahore. I spend most of my time building dashboards in Power BI, wrangling microdata in Stata, and occasionally convincing Python to behave. My work lives at the intersection of labour economics, policy analysis, and applied ML.
Honhaar Scholar, three-time internship-getter (this summer alone), EGTA26 Round 3 finalist, and yes — I do debug Stata at 2am voluntarily.
What I've Built
Analysed over-education and its wage penalty using LFS 2024–25 microdata. OLS regression, province-level choropleth maps, and a full academic poster. Key finding: over-educated workers earn ~15.5% less.
Logistic Regression classifier with SMOTE to handle severe class imbalance. Deployed with a Gradio interface for live prediction.
Integrated Kaggle flight data with the Open-Meteo API, stored in SQLite across six Colab notebooks. Full report, 15-slide deck, and GitHub repo.
Cross-country analysis across 38 OECD nations examining SDG poverty-health linkages. Visualisations in R and Python.
Random Forest classifier for binary loan approval prediction with feature importance analysis. Live demo via Gradio.
